This document provides guidance on preparing highly sensitive cells to generate physiologically-relevant RASTRUM™ 3D cell models for more accurate disease modeling and drug development. While these cells offer valuable insights, they require careful handling to maintain viability and functionality. The protocol is divided into two sections:
A) for cells sourced from 2D cultures
B) for cells sourced directly from tissue.
