In this application note, the RASTRUM™ Platform, developed by Inventia Life Science, has been combined with 3D cell migration analysis in various matrix stiffness through live-cell tracking using non-invasive and invasive breast cancer cell lines. Cell migratory behaviour after treatment of drugs was also studied to show whether pharmacological intervention can affect cell migration in 3D.
