Yes! Inventia offers a range of customisation options to suit your needs. These range from optimisation of your specific cell type, as well as development of complex co-cultures, novel readout capabilities, or customising an end-to-end solution to enable disease-relevant phenotypic analysis and screening. We design these projects in close consultation with you to ensure alignment with your goals and existing workflows.
We provide detailed progress reports throughout the project, followed by a comprehensive final report in slide format at project completion. In addition, raw data files including images are provided via a file-sharing service such as Sharepoint or Amazon Web Services. All cell culture, PrintRun, and readout protocols are prepared as user-friendly PDF documents designed for immediate use in your lab.
We have experience with a wide range of standard cellular and molecular assays, with particular expertise in applying these assays in a 3D setting. Our team can discuss in more detail what readouts you’re looking for and provide relevant example data. Please also refer to our extensive library of application notes as a starting point.
If you have more specific readout needs that are not currently covered in our supported applications, we also have experience in developing novel downstream applications using RASTRUM models.
