AACR 2025 Annual Meeting

Unifying Cancer Science and Medicine: A Continuum of Innovation for Impact

Join Inventia Life Science at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) 2025 annual conference in Chicago, April 27-30, 2025. Stop by Booth #3402 to discover how RASTRUM™ Allegro is transforming cancer research. Visit our booth to explore the latest advancements in 3D cell culture and learn how researchers are leveraging RASTRUM technology to develop more predictive, scalable cancer models.

Event Highlights:

  • Explore the Future of 3D Cancer Models:

Get an exclusive look at the latest innovations in 3D cell culture for cancer biology. From high-throughput tumor modeling to immune-oncology applications, learn how RASTRUM Allegro is driving new discoveries in preclinical research.

  • Minisymposium Presentation:

Modeling T cell and cancer cell interactions to examine immune checkpoint inhibition resistance in pancreatic cancer
This presentation will showcase a novel 3D co-culture platform developed using the RASTRUM platform to model immune resistance in pancreatic cancer. The study highlights how synthetic hydrogel-based cultures incorporating cancer cells, fibroblasts, and T cells can reveal critical insights into immune evasion, T cell motility, and fibroblast-mediated resistance. This scalable, imaging-compatible workflow also supports immunomodulatory drug profiling, enabling a powerful new approach for studying and designing ICI therapies.

    Presenter: Aji Istadi
Organization: Garvan Institute of Medical Research
    Day/Time: Monday, April 28 | 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM
    Abstract: 3819
Location: Room S401 - McCormick Place South (Level 4)
Session: Tumor Biology | Cancer Models: Mechanisms and Therapies

  • Poster Presentation:

Phenotypically-relevant patient-derived 3D cell models to interrogate personalized medicine approaches at scale

This work demonstrates a streamlined approach to generating clinically relevant, patient-derived 3D tumoroid models using the RASTRUM platform. By mimicking key tumor microenvironment features, these models enable high-throughput drug screening and personalized therapy evaluation, supporting precision medicine approaches at scale.
